# Support

> Grant and revoke temporary Docusnap support access to your subscription.

Under *Administration › Support* you give Docusnap support temporary access
to your subscription — for analysis and troubleshooting.

## Support Access

The page shows no table, only a single tile with the current state. There is
at most one active session per subscription; granting access again replaces
an existing session instead of creating a second one.

| State | Display |
| - | - |
| no access | "No Support Access Active", *Grant Access* button |
| access active | "Support access active through" with the last valid day, "Granted on" with the day it was granted, *Revoke Access* button |

<Note>
  Who used the access is not shown on screen — the interface no longer supplies
  an identifier for it.
</Note>

## Grant Access

*Grant Access* requires the *Valid Until* date:

| Boundary | Value |
| - | - |
| earliest date | tomorrow |
| latest date | in seven days |

Access ends at the end of the chosen day and can be revoked at any time
before that.

## Revoke Access

*Revoke Access* shows a confirmation; once confirmed, support access ends
immediately.

## History

Once at least one session has expired or been revoked, the *History* section
lists up to 20 past sessions, newest first:

| Column | Content |
| - | - |
| *Granted On* | when the access was granted |
| *Granted By* | email of the user who granted it; a dash if that account has since been deleted |
| *Ended On* | when the access actually ended |
| *Reason* | *Revoked* or *Expired* |

The still-running session does not appear in the history — it is already the
tile above.
