In the last step of your project 5 steps, you finally create the documents in which you invested all the effort up to now. To create your IT manual, you can use one of the Docusnap templates. Another template which comes with Docusnap serves the creation of an IT emergency manual. Here again, you can rely on information which is part of the IT relations. Add to this information using data and overviews from the previously created IT relations.
Repeat the creation of your manuals to keep them up-to-date
