Reading and changing

The assistant can read everything you have access to yourself. It can only change what your role permits: it can create assets and set relations between assets, never more than you could yourself. A change the interface would refuse you, the assistant refuses as well. Before the assistant creates or changes anything, it asks first and acts only after you confirm.
The assistant does not start scan jobs. Inventorying remains an action you trigger yourself.
If a response refers to an asset you are not allowed to read, its name appears with the suffix (keine Berechtigung) and without a link.

Reusing a response

A completed response can be copied to the clipboard via Copy. The whole conversation history can be exported as JSON, Markdown, CSV or PDF. A document the assistant generates during a response appears as an attachment under it. For the details, see Having a Conversation.

Your data

Docusnap365 uses language models operated in Europe for this; processing is covered by a data processing agreement (DPA). Your questions and the data the assistant reads for them are not processed outside Europe. How much you can use the assistant is described under Quota.
