Deleted entries land in the Trash and stay there until you restore them or
remove them permanently. You open it from any page with the trash icon in the
header.
The icon appears only while something is in the trash, and then carries a dot.
After emptying the trash, it disappears.
The List
The table carries Name, Type, and Deleted At, sorted descending — the
most recently deleted entry is on top. A search field filters by name.
Restore and Permanently Delete
Each row carries Restore and Permanently Delete, both with a
confirmation. Select several rows and a selection bar appears with Restore
and Permanently Delete for the selection, each with the number of selected
entries.
If all loaded rows are selected, for example with Select All, a bulk action
hits the entire set — including entries not yet loaded — narrowed by the active
search if any. With 200 entries in the trash, such a selection deletes all 200,
not just the 50 loaded.
Filter first, then select all: a bulk action then hits only the search
results, including the ones not yet loaded.
If the subscription’s Storage usage limit is exceeded, Restore is not
available. Permanently Delete remains available if you may delete in the area
from which you opened the trash.
Emptying the Trash
Empty, above the table, always deletes the entire trash — regardless of an
existing selection. To clean up selectively, use the bulk actions of the
selection, not Empty.
Empty is disabled only when the trash is empty or a search is active.
What can end up in the trash at all depends on the types of the data
model.
