The identity provider manages password and two-factor authentication at
sign-in — not Docusnap365. Security offers three actions; two of them lead
out of the application.
Password
Change redirects immediately, without a confirmation, to the Docusnap365
sign-in page; you set the new password there.
Save any open input on other pages before clicking Change — the redirect
happens without a confirmation, and unsaved changes are lost.
Two-Factor Authentication
Only a TOTP authenticator can serve as the second factor.
Set Up signs you out immediately after the confirmation; unsaved changes on
other pages are lost. Reset, by contrast, stays in the application.
