Support Access
A tile shows the current state. There is at most one active session per subscription; granting access again replaces an existing session instead of creating a second one.The page does not show who at Docusnap support uses the access.
If the subscription’s Storage usage limit is exceeded, Grant Access and
Revoke Access are not shown. The tile then shows only the state.
Grant Access
Grant Access requires the Valid Until date:
Access ends at the end of the chosen day and can be revoked at any time
before that.
Revoke Access
Revoke Access shows a confirmation; once confirmed, support access ends immediately.History
Once at least one session has expired or been revoked, the History section lists up to 20 past sessions, newest first:
The running session does not appear in the history but in the tile above.
