Phoenix Contact AG, the Swiss sales subsidiary of the global Phoenix Contact Group, uses Docusnap to automate and centralize the documentation of its local IT infrastructure. This allows the IT team to keep track of systems that fall between the cracks of central corporate tools, covering everything from inventory management to audit-ready documentation.

Improve the information situation regarding IT among the company's individual customers and no longer carry out manual recording in order to make work processes more efficient, save costs and better plan work resources.

The Infrastructure Services department primarily supports customers who still have their own infrastructure on site. The task is to comprehensively document the customers' networks in order to be able to advise the customers in the best possible way on the basis of the information gained from the documentation.
