The SSL certificate used for secure communication between Docusnap365 and external services expired on 29.05.2025. As a result, disruptions may occur in API calls, authentication processes, or integrations.

Upon identifying the issue, the certificate validity was checked. It was found that the certificate had already expired, causing disruptions in communication with external services.

The offline activation of Docusnap is currently disrupted. The generation or processing of the activation file is not working.

The disruption is caused by a CORS issue. Requests to process the activation file are being blocked by the browser. We are analyzing the root cause and working on a fix.

The CORS issue affecting offline activation has been resolved. Activation files can now be generated and processed as expected.

The website used for Dell warranty status checks is currently unavailable. This may cause errors or delays when performing warranty lookups.

The Dell website for warranty checks is currently experiencing intermittent outages. As a result, warranty checks cannot be performed. We are monitoring the situation and evaluating possible workarounds.

Dell warranty status checks have been switched to the REST API. This restores stable functionality, independent of the availability of the original website.
