You only need to license content that is managed in Docusnap365. All objects (e.g., notebooks, monitors, user accounts, etc.) that are inventoried or created within Docusnap365 are subject to licensing.
Each object type (e.g. monitor, switch, etc.) in Docusnap365 is assigned to a segment (e.g. hardware, network, etc.). Depending on the segment, the objects created or inventoried in it (e.g. SFILE01, ASWIT100, etc.) are subject to licensing. The following table lists the segments that require a license, with examples of the object types they contain.
