Do I need Docusnap365 to use the courses?
Not for the Foundation and Extended courses, they are vendor-neutral. The Hands-On courses show the implementation in Docusnap365. You do not need an existing account for this: simply start the 14-day trial with the full feature set alongside the course. Start trial
Is the confirmation of participation a certificate?
No. The confirmation of participation documents that you have completed a course. It is not a certification and does not replace an exam with a certification body.
Can I book Plus for several employees?
Yes. Your first booking creates a company account that you manage as an administrator. Through it, you book additional access for your employees whenever you need it.
