Business impact analysis
Define your business-critical processes and assign IT services from your inventory. The criticality of each process is calculated automatically. Processes can be sorted by criticality, and recovery steps can be assigned individually.
Risk management
Identify risks on inventoried and manually created assets. The 4x4 risk matrix with automatic calculation shows where action is needed. Treatment recommendations follow BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001. Risk acceptances can be set with a reminder date.
IT disaster recovery handbook
Generate a dynamic disaster recovery handbook with current values from your Docusnap inventory. Immediate response measures, recovery plans and contact lists are included. The handbook can be exported for offline use. The RTO is calculated dynamically and highlighted by colour in the report.
Compliance and suppliers
All ISO controls are integrated as guidance. NIS-2-relevant content can be captured in a structured way. Supplier management documents dependencies, assessments and evidence for external service providers in one place.
