Your tasks
- Qualifying inbound enquiries about Docusnap
- Preparing quotes and following them up
- Maintaining customer data in the CRM
- Supporting trade fairs and webinars
What you bring
- Commercial or IT training, or relevant practical experience
- Enjoy talking to people on the phone
- Confident with CRM systems
- Very good German, solid English
